Terms of Service

1. The service

GIKIDI Clip is an internal tool operated by Gia Kiệm Số to schedule and publish videos to YouTube channels and social media pages owned by Gia Kiệm Số, and to review how those videos perform. It is not offered to the public; access is limited to members of the Gia Kiệm Số team.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

GIKIDI Clip uses YouTube API Services. By using GIKIDI Clip, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Connecting a channel

• Only the owner of a YouTube channel, or a person authorised by the owner, may connect it.
• The tool uploads videos only to the channel that was connected, and checks after sign-in that the Google account used on the consent screen gives access to that channel.
• Access can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions or by disconnecting the channel in the tool, which also revokes the token with Google.

4. Content responsibility

Gia Kiệm Số is responsible for the videos published through the tool. Videos pass automated checks before they can be scheduled, and videos on finance or tax topics are reviewed by a person; they are general information, not individual financial, tax or legal advice. Content must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

5. Data

How the tool accesses, stores and deletes data is described in the GIKIDI Clip Privacy Policy.
